I was honored and flattered to be featured on the cover of the July 2017 Plantation Living magazine in Volusia and Flagler counties in Florida.
This great local publication decided to do a feature story on me after so many of their readers interacted with me at one of my paint and party classes or through various community events.
It was a huge honor to be featured in this magazine and photographed by the absolutely amazing Cranberry Mocha photography.
40 under 40
I’ll never forget the moment that I got the call from someone at the Daytona Beach News Journal in regards to the ‘40 under 40’ contest. At first, I thought they were soliciting me or asking me to join a group, but then the representative explained that I had been nominated by multiple people and had been selected as one of the 40 winners. I’m humbled and honored to receive this prestigious award, in only my first year in Ormond Beach.
1 Million Cups
I’m a self proclaimed “artpreneur”, so it only makes sense that I would be part of one of the fastest-growing entrepreneurial groups in Daytona Beach as well as the entire country. Founded by the Kauffman Foundation in Kansas City, Missouri, 1 Million Cups is currently in over 140 cities, nationwide. I never miss a meeting every Wednesday morning at 9. In fact, I’ve presented my business by speaking at one of the meetings.

Boss Lady Retreat
I’m a single woman who owns her own business and I LOVE to collaborate with and support other female entrepreneurs. I found my tribe in a local group, founded and headed by Lacey MacLaughlin of Daytona Beach, known as The Boss Lady Retreat. I was selected to be one of the first speakers at the August 2016 retreat. I just can’t explain the benefits I’ve received and the relationships I’ve formed through The Boss Lady Retreat.
